I had a wonderful stay at B&B Borghi in Como. The room I stayed in was well-equipped and perfect for a one-night stay. The staff were very welcoming, providing cold mineral water and grapes which was refreshing after a hot summer day. The location was convenient, being only a short 20-25 minute walk from the ferry station. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to be upgraded to a bigger room. The host was polite and made me feel welcomed in a natural manner. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely view. The little touches such as fresh fruits and a bottle of water were appreciated. the attention to detail and hospitality made me feel greatly welcomed.

The apartment had a large bedroom with appealing wood-crafted furniture and a spacious bathroom with a convenient washing machine. The tiny balcony was a nice bonus. The location was excellent, with the Como Nord Borghi station close by and easy access to the market hall, old town, and footpath to Brunate. A large supermarket was also nearby. The host, Marco, provided great information about the town and the lake. As friends who enjoy going out at night, we found it convenient for late returns from hiking tours by bus or ship.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to use it as a perfect starting point for epic hiking tours. Even when we came back super late, we could easily hop on a bus or a ship to get back. It was so convenient, fam.

But if I had to ask for one thing to make it even more lit, it would be cool if they had a chill common area or a rooftop terrace where us young party-goers could hang out and have some fun. That would have taken our stay to the next level, no cap.

Couldn't hear myself think with the constant noise from the trains. They really need to invest in some soundproofing, or maybe just move the whole B&B to a quieter location.

We also appreciated the warm atmosphere and the owner taking the time to advise us on what to do in Como.

One downside was the noise from the trains passing by since the hotel was next to the railway station. It could be quite disturbing, especially when trying to sleep on a hot summer night.
